We provide technical problem analysis for shot blasting, sandblasting and surface treatment applications. If customers encounter problems during abrasive use, such as high media consumption, excessive dust, poor cleaning efficiency, unstable blasting performance, insufficient rust removal, poor descaling results or unsuitable surface roughness, our team can help analyze the possible causes.

The problem may be related to abrasive type, particle size, hardness, operating mix, equipment condition, dust collection system, workpiece material or surface contamination. Based on customer feedback, photos, videos and application information, we provide practical suggestions to help improve blasting efficiency and surface treatment quality.

Different working conditions may require different abrasive media. After customers test or use our products, we can provide abrasive product adjustment support according to actual blasting results.

Our team can recommend adjustments in abrasive type, particle size, hardness or mixing ratio to help customers achieve better cleaning performance, surface finish and operating cost control. For example, steel shot, steel grit, cut wire shot, stainless steel cut wire shot, conditioned cut wire shot, copper shot, aluminum shot, zinc shot, brown fused alumina, white fused alumina and garnet can be selected or adjusted according to different surface treatment requirements.

This support helps customers improve abrasive performance, reduce unnecessary media loss and find a more suitable abrasive solution for long-term use.

We take customer quality feedback seriously. If customers have any concerns about abrasive quality, blasting performance, particle size, hardness, packaging or product consistency, we follow a responsible feedback handling process.

Our team reviews batch information, inspection records, product test data and customer application conditions to identify the possible cause. Each batch can be traced through production, inspection and shipment records. Quality documents such as COA, test reports, MSDS and technical data sheets can also be provided according to customer requirements.
