Manufacturing Capability

Zhongxing Metal is equipped with advanced and large-scale production facilities, supporting continuous manufacturing from raw material preparation to finished product packaging.

Our manufacturing system includes medium-frequency induction furnaces, centrifugal atomization equipment, continuous drying lines, quenching and tempering lines, steel grit crushing and screening lines, wire cutting machines, conditioning equipment and automatic weighing and packaging systems.

With these facilities, we are able to maintain stable production efficiency, accurate particle size control and consistent abrasive performance. Our monthly production capacity reaches approximately 6,000 MT for steel shot and steel grit, and approximately 3,000 MT for cut wire shot.

This production capability allows us to support bulk orders, regular supply programs and customized abrasive requirements for customers in different industries. Whether customers need standard steel shot and steel grit or special cut wire media, we can provide stable production and reliable delivery support.
