Recently, Shandong Zhongxing Metal Products Co., Ltd. welcomed a partner from Indonesia for an on-site factory visit. During the visit, the Indonesian partner toured our newly commissioned production line, steel shot and steel grit production workshop, and quality inspection process. Both sides also had in-depth discussions on product quality, capacity improvement, delivery capability and future cooperation.

During the factory tour, the Indonesian partner gained a detailed understanding of the complete production process of steel shot and steel grit, including raw material control, melting, forming, heat treatment, quenching, screening, packaging and shipment. The new production line has been significantly improved in automation, production continuity and process stability, helping reduce production fluctuations, improve batch consistency and ensure stable performance of steel shot and steel grit in shot blasting, desanding, rust removal, descaling and surface preparation before coating.
Quality control was also an important part of this visit. Zhongxing Metal introduced our quality management process, including chemical composition testing, hardness control, particle size screening, metallographic observation and product performance inspection. Stable particle size, controlled hardness and reliable performance are important foundations for customers to achieve consistent cleaning results and reduce overall operating costs in continuous shot blasting operations.
