S110, S130 and S170 Low Carbon Steel Shot are fine-size steel shot abrasives designed for precision cleaning, light shot blasting and smooth surface finishing.

These small-size low carbon steel shot grades provide excellent surface coverage and are suitable for cleaning small parts, thin workpieces, precision castings and metal components with complex shapes.

Compared with larger steel shot sizes, S110, S130 and S170 provide lower impact force and help achieve a finer, more uniform surface finish.

Manufacturing Process

 

Low carbon steel shot is produced through melting, atomization, controlled heat treatment, screening and inspection. The process focuses on obtaining a bainite structure, good toughness and stable hardness.
